Marshall is a 2017 F1 Drum Gelding - 1/2 Clydesdale, 1/2 Gypsy and registered with the International Drum Horse Association. His registered name is A D Acres Rimshot. Marshall came to live at Four Feathers Farm in August of 2018 as a stud colt. He came from A D Acres in Clintonville, Wisconsin and made the trip around the big lake with ease. He settled in nicely with Olivia and Tilly as soon as he was able to be gelded. He is an extremely playful young gelding and loves to pick things up in his mouth so hopefully that will lend well to some trick training. He has been a joy to have around the farm as he keeps us laughing on a daily basis with his exuberance and youthful playfulness.

Here are some pictures of Marshall growing up on our farm. He is an extremely playful, loving horse and loves picking things up and throwing them. We did take him to a couple local schooling shows to get exposure to activity and then his big show was at Centreville, MI - West Michigan Classic - where he competed against other Drum horses in halter class. Plans for Marshall over the winter and into next year is to continue with his in-hand work as well as many field trips off the farm.

Marshall is really progressing in his training. Currently we are working on trail riding and starting working in harness and carriage. He continues to make my laugh with his antics and playfulness - I hope he never loses that sense of play!!
